1) Rafting Age Limit: Participants must be a minimum of 14 years old and a maximum of 50 years old to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

2) Individuals with heart conditions, hypertension, or height phobias should consult a healthcare professional before attempting the Rafting to ensure their safety and well-being during this intense activity.

3) Rafting Weight Limit: Participants must weigh a minimum of 40kg and a maximum of 100kg to ensure the safe and proper functioning of equipment

HOW TO REACH RISHIKESH

1) By Taxi: You can hire a taxi from nearby places like Haridwar or Dehradun to reach Rishikesh. The road journey is beautiful, offering scenic views on the way to the Quick Jump site.

2) By Train: Take a train to Haridwar Railway Station, which is about 20 km away from Rishikesh. Once you reach Haridwar, you can hire a taxi or use local transport to get to the Quick Jump location.

3) By Airplane: Choose the nearest airport that has good connections to Rishikesh. The Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is the closest. Book a flight to Jolly Grant Airport, keeping in mind the flight schedule and your location.

  • Rafting activity is subject to the weather conditions / Ganga water level / Government Instructions
  • Visitors are required to sign a disclaimer/liability waiver form on arrival.
  • Rafting, Body Surfing, and cliff Jumping activities are subject to weather conditions
  • Rafting Entry Rs 20/- Per Person to be Paid by Visitors (Slip issued by Govt)
  • Anybody found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, medically or physically unfit (any serious ailment, weak heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, expecting mothers, etc.) unfit for any reason/s in the wisdom of the river, guide/instructor will not be allowed the rafting trip or undertake any other adventure activities. Request for a refund or a discount in such circumstance/s will not be entertained. The decision of the river guide/management in this regard would be the final
  • Bulky clothes, sarees, neckties, long skirts, and suits are not permitted. Shorts, a T-shirt preferably of synthetic material, floaters/sandals, and sunglasses with strings are recommended
  • River Rafting is on a sharing basis
  • Rafting is not allowed for persons above 100 kgs of weight

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation within 1 to 7 days before the scheduled trip: 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.

  2. Cancellation between 7 to 15 days before the scheduled trip: 70% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.

  3. Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before the scheduled trip:100% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
